머스크탱커는 동남아시아 탱커 자회사인 ‘Bostrom Singapore’를 Integra Holdings와 Cldn-Cobelfret의 합작회사에게 매각한다는 계획이다.
이번 매각은 Brostrom Singapore에만 해당되고 유럽지역의 Brostrom은 포함되지 않는다. Integra Holdings와 Cldn-Cobelfret 합작사는 오는 9월까지 Brostrom Singapore의 자산매입을 완료하기로 했다.
사명은 ‘BTS탱커’로 교체되지만 Brostrom Singapore의 기존 직원들과 선박운항 및 계약들은 계속 유지될 전망이다. Brostrom Singapore는 13척의 소형 화학탱커 선대를 운항하고 있다.
